Get fit. Stay healthy. Welcome to CrossFit Black and Gold. We are a club at the Unites States Military Academy. A group of hard working people who are preparing for their future by enjoying the company of friends while getting under some heavy weight and cheering each other on during conditioning and other skill sets. Anyone is invited, we would love for you to join.

ABOUT THE GYM

CFBG has been growing since 2005. We follow a regimented work out plan and work hard daily. Team workouts occur every Monday and Wednesday night in the Buckner Room of Arvin. We're a group of hard working athletes who like to throw down together and build one another up.
